City Express Plus by Marriott Tijuana

We traveled for an event at the fiesta hotel which was a walking distance. The location is decent, we had a nice view of the city. Room was small but very clean. It did have ac which was awesome. For the price I expected a microwave at least but it's ok. Continental breakfast is free, but there is other dishes you can order at an extra cost. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and polite. There is a security guard at night walking around the parking lot so our vehicle did feel secure. The hotel is in a transit street. There is an oxxo (like a 711) and a caffeino across the street.

The price was good. The room was clean and up to date. Parking was plenty enitire building was nicely decorative in modern deco. The only friendly staff I came in contact with was either a security or co concierge guy who welcomed me at the entrance. Sadly he handed me off to an unfriendly check in staff at desk.

The location was great! Right by our favorite spots to eat tacos.

I liked the ambience of the location. The hotel guests were very nice, helpful, and the staff were hilarious when you speak with them. The beds are very comfortable and the restrooms were amazing too. We were at a previous hotel with hard beds and we weren't able to get a good rest. It's all about comfort over price.

My stay at City Plus Tijuana exceeded my expectations. I'll give it a 10 + on cleanliness and staff. I have to say the staff was very friendly, having someone always at the entrance just felt safe.
